Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support day-to-day procurement within our ERP system and ensure timely delivery of materials for production and engineering programs. You will create POs, track status, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, onboard new suppliers, and contribute to procurement workflows and dashboards.

A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain or related roles are preferred, with ITAR-aware defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years experience may substitute.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience as a baseline.
• Procurement operations and supplier management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with ERP, PLM, MES and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage POs in ERP based on demand signals and MRP recommendations.
• Track PO status and ensure on-time supplier delivery.
• Handle order management including reschedules, cancellations, and expediting.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support supplier onboarding and vendor master data setup.
• Contribute to procurement workflow improvements and dashboards.
