Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, focus on capital equipment, facilities, or indirect categories.
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and CapEx project execution.
• Familiarity with defense compliance requirements (ITAR, EAR, NDAA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and execution for capital equipment and infrastructure investments.
• Define equipment requirements, specifications, and total cost of ownership models with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute multi-year indirect procurement strategy (CapEx, tooling, logistics, MRO, services).
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to optimize cost, delivery and compliance.
• Establish strong vendor partnerships and expand the supplier base.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Program Management on budgets and terms.
• Track spend, savings, and supplier performance with KPIs.
• Ensure procurement activities align with ITAR, EAR, NDAA compliance.
• Standardize procurement processes, templates, and approvals.
• Support enterprise-wide purchasing initiatives and supplier accountability.
• Provide leadership visibility into procurement performance and risks.
