Mach Industries seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for defense programs in the United States. You will partner with internal teams to align material requirements with production schedules and ensure timely deliveries of critical hardware.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/purchasing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations functions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with purchasing systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, components, and services in support of engineering, manufacturing, and operational programs.
• Create and manage purchase orders, supplier communication, and procurement tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support vendor onboarding, quote requests, and pricing comparisons.
• Maintain organized purchasing records, documentation, and procurement data.
• Assist with inventory coordination and material planning activities.
• Identify and resolve purchasing or supply chain issues impacting operations.
