Job summary

Mach Industries, a defense-focused manufacturer in Huntington Beach, seeks a Global Supply Manager to own CapEx and indirect procurement across facilities, tooling, and services. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost reductions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align budgets and timelines, while expanding the supplier base and improving performance through data-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, with focus on capital equipment/indirect categories.
• Proven supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and CapEx project execution.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and capital project budgeting.
• Familiarity with defense compliance requirements (ITAR, EAR, NDAA a plus).
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and execution for capital equipment and infra investments.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities to define equipment requirements and TCO models.
• Develop and execute multi-year indirect procurement strategy across CapEx, tooling, logistics, MRO, and services.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to optimize cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain vendor partnerships and identify new suppliers to expand the base.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Program Management on budgets and terms.
• Track spend, savings, and supplier performance using KPIs.
• Ensure sourcing activities align with ITAR, EAR, NDAA.
