FUJIFILM Dimatix is seeking a procurement specialist to support Santa Clara production and engineering by coordinating planning and purchasing, managing suppliers, and ensuring on-time material delivery. The role emphasizes ERP/MRP processes, negotiation and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Silicon Valley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and purchasing of parts for production and prototype builds.
• Manage commodities and suppliers to ensure material availability and optimal inventory.
• Analyze inventory levels, usage, forecasts and lead times for procurement decisions.
• Develop and monitor procurement metrics (OTD, open orders, inventory).
• Create POs and review supplier quotations, terms and lead times.
