Job summary

Fujifilm Dimatix, Inc. in Santa Clara seeks a procurement specialist to coordinate planning and purchasing for production and prototypes. You will manage suppliers to ensure materials availability, optimize inventory, and drive cost savings while aligning with ERP/MRP processes.

You will support engineering during new product introductions and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and SAP preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and purchasing of parts for production and prototypes.
• Manage suppliers to ensure timely availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory, usage, forecasts and lead times to support purchasing decisions.
• Develop and monitor procurement metrics (OTD, open orders, inventory).
• Prepare purchase requisitions and orders in ERP/MRP system and review supplier terms.
