Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in North Kingstown, RI seeks a Procurement Manager to own strategic and tactical sourcing for Photopolymer raw materials.

You will manage key supplier relationships, lead complex negotiations, and drive cost-reduction programs while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Operations. The role requires 7–10+ years in procurement for chemicals/electronic materials, strong SAP/Ariba experience, and the ability to operate as the site senior procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive procurement experience in chemicals, electronic materials, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and managing single/sole-source relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Photopolymer raw materials across FEUS sites.
• Identify and qualify external manufacturing partners for specialized chemistries; collaborate with Raw Material Engineering and Quality.
• Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, capacity, and cost-reduction programs; document savings per governance procedures.
• Manage international supplier relationships, consignment programs, and coordination with global procurement teams.
• Serve as senior procurement presence at the North Kingstown site and coordinate with Operational Procurement for transactional activities.
• Represent Procurement in Photopolymer SBU meetings and site PCN and supplier specification alignment meetings.
