Job summary

Odfjell Terminals US is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure effective procurement of materials and services. This role encompasses supplier management, contract negotiation, and compliance with company policies. Daily presence in both the Seabrook Admin Offices and OTH Terminal is required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of procurement processes. Experience with Coupa P2P and SAP would be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Buyer with demonstrated Level 2 Buyer capability.
• Experience negotiating general Terms & Conditions required.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, cost estimation, taxes, and contract fundamentals needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
• Perform vendor analysis and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Manage daily procurement activities and ensure contract compliance.
