Job summary

OTUS is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage strategic sourcing, bidding, and negotiation activities for multiple Odfjell terminals and corporate operations. The role requires proven experience in RFQ/RFP management, supplier qualification, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, and QHSE teams.

You will lead contract drafting, term negotiations, and lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer, with Level 2 capability.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions.
• Proficient in Coupa P2P and SAP MM.
• CPM or ISM certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, and bid events end-to-end.
• Independently negotiate commercial terms and pricing.
• Oversee procurement operations and ensure PO accuracy.
• Ensure supplier performance and contract compliance.
