Ergon Terminaling Inc. is seeking an ISL Procurement Specialist to support operations and asset maintenance purchasing across suppliers and contractors.

You will work with engineers and operations managers to manage purchases within SAP and Concur, and develop strategic sourcing plans for the ISL business segment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 3+ years' procurement experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in procurement related services preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages with engineering team members and plant managers.
• Negotiate contractual agreements for strategic sourcing and favorable terms.
• Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and lead times.
• Standardize sourcing procedures and procurement planning across purchases.
• Collaborate with requisitioners and other departments to meet specifications and requirements.
• Process requisitions in SAP, issue POs, and verify deliveries and invoicing.
• Analyze annual spend to identify cost savings and efficiencies.
