Fluke Health Solutions seeks a Procurement Specialist to develop and execute strategic commodity plans for the Global Procurement team. Remote in the US, you will collaborate with engineering, project management, and R&D to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost reductions.

The role emphasizes RFQ support, supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement, with growth opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in supply chain, material procurement and inventory management.
• Good organization, project management and follow-through skills.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems with BOM and supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to evaluate data sources for decisions.
• Demonstrated skills in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel to vendor locations is required.

Responsabilités

• Advocate on behalf of supply chain to support company objectives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers and drive year-over-year improvements.
• Support RFQ activities: obtain quotations, analyses, and sourcing decisions.
• Assist supplier qualification, onboarding, and changes per FPQP processes.
• Drive supply base to meet launch dates at best cost.
• Rationalize supplier base through competitive bids.
• Lead project updates with robust management skills.
• Participate in supplier audits for compliance.
• Mitigate unfavorable price variances via analysis and supplier engagement.
• Conduct supply chain risk reviews and manage transitions.
• Maintain POs and resolve invoice discrepancies; place POs as needed.
• Evaluate supplier cost increase requests and support cost mitigation.
• Support administration of contractual arrangements and stocking agreements.
• Coordinate procurement readiness for new product introductions.
• Respond rapidly to demand surges; ensure supply.
• Create and maintain supplier records and pricing in Oracle.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement systems and processes.
• Perform similar duties as required.
