Job summary

Fluke in Keene, NH is seeking a Buyer to procure materials for custom and forecast orders, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Materials Team to provide lead times for customer quotes and to ensure demand plans are met.

You will manage supplier performance, resolve line-stops, and ensure inventory levels align with schedules while creating necessary compliance paperwork (USMCA, COO, Reach, RoHs & Prop65).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, and inventory control within a lean manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas and logic; strong data analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Management.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials for custom sales orders and forecast orders.
• Review incoming materials against manufacturing schedules to ensure demand plan is met.
• Coordinate with Planning and Sales on vendor commitments and impact to schedule.
• Resolve vendor line stopping issues and ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Create paperwork for USMCA, COO, Reach, RoHs & Prop65.
• Back-up for other Buyer and Planner as required.
