Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions, part of Fortive, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to develop and execute strategic commodity plans for the Global Procurement team. This remote role supports NPI, drives year-over-year cost reductions, on-time delivery, and supply assurance across suppliers, engineering, and R&D.

Cross-functional collaboration is required to manage BOMs and supplier risk. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain/procurement, strongERP/MRP knowledge, and proven negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement or inventory management.
• Strong organization, project management and follow-through.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and BOM principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decisions.
• Negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for supply chain to support business objectives.
• Partner with suppliers to drive year-over-year improvements.
• Interface with suppliers on delivery status and issue resolution.
• Support RFQ activities and sourcing decisions with Commodity Managers.
• Assist supplier qualification, onboarding, and change activities.
• Drive supply base to meet market launch dates at best cost.
• Rationalize supplier base through competitive bids.
• Lead supplier audits and ensure compliance requirements.
• Monitor POs and resolve invoice price discrepancies.
• Evaluate supplier cost increases and support cost mitigation.
• Assist with contractual arrangements and stocking agreements.
• Coordinate readiness for new product introductions.
