The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical problem solving, and alignment with ISO processes. Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred; high attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SAP skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly procurement meetings
• Report variances to the Purchasing Manager
• Place purchase orders
• Month-end invoice reconciliation
• Issuance of RFP/RFQs
• Reporting and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with internal departments on needs
• Ensure compliance with ISO processes
• Identify and address vendor issues
