Job summary

Arvato is seeking a procurement professional to support purchasing of materials and supplies, maintain accurate records, and lead sourcing and contract activities. You will manage spot buys, Just‑in‑Time inventory, and collaborate across departments to meet needs.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with SAP and MS Office, and a track record of process improvement and cost control. ISO processes and governance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 3–4 years procurement experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• 4–6 years procurement experience.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly procurement meetings.
• Report variances to the Purchasing Manager.
• Place purchase orders.
• Month end invoice reconciliation.
• Issuance of RFP/RFQs.
• Reporting and contract negotiations.
• Act as a solutions provider and collaborate with internal departments.
