Qualifications

• Three years progressively responsible purchasing and procurement experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.

• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement actions for supplies, services, and construction projects.
• Ensure procurements comply with FAR, PRH, policies, and SOP.
• Provide staff training on purchase procedures and ethics.
• Maintain active source listings from government and commercial sources.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to contract requirements.
• Negotiate with contractors and determine fair price and reasonableness.
