Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of specialized purchasing experience.
• Three years of specialized purchasing and contracting experience.
• Experience with automated procurement systems and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support to internal teams for timely, cost-effective acquisitions.
• Review requests for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials and services per requests.
• Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers and RFQ/RFPs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure regulatory compliance.
