Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Subcontracts & Procurement Specialist to award, administer, and close out purchase orders and subcontracts for a wide range of goods and services. You will negotiate terms, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and manage supplier relationships to meet project needs.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field or 5 years of purchasing experience, plus 3 years in EPC/government settings and experience with Oracle, SAP, or Deltek CostPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or five years purchasing experience.
• Three years of specialized purchasing in an EPC organization or Government Agency.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Deltek CostPoint.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain intelligence community-level clearance.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support to internal teams for timely, cost-effective acquisitions.
• Perform sourcing, RFP/RFQ documentation, price analysis per FAR 15.404-1(b).
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors and analyze terms.
• Manage procurement data in Oracle, SAP, or Deltek CostPoint.
• Create/maintain POs and subcontracts in the procurement system.
• Track, expedite, and modify POs/subcontracts as needed.
• Maintain procurement records compliant with policies and regulations.
