Job summary

Key tasks include supplier selection, BOM consolidation, CAPEX management, and value-stream mapping, plus leading cost engineering to align bottom-up costs with final product costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field and 6+ years of sourcing experience.
• Expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% and obtain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply network development and cost management across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
• Conduct supplier selection and partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development.
• Drive BOM consolidation, CAPEX management, and value-stream mapping.
• Lead cost engineering to converge bottoms-up cost curves to product cost.
