Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a results-driven procurement and program leader to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives within a diversified industrial environment. The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, productivity improvements, and supplier collaboration to exceed operational and financial targets.

The candidate will partner with engineering, quality, operations, and suppliers to drive NPD, VAVE, and supplier performance initiatives while ensuring alignment with business unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or project management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes from ops to strategy.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and inflation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple procurement projects across platforms, driving implementation plans.
• Partner with teams to develop charters, execution plans, and resource requirements.
• Manage active procurement initiatives including NPD, source changes, and VAVE programs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to meet timelines and financial goals.
• Track procurement metrics like productivity, inflation, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Identify gaps, develop countermeasures, and escalate when needed.
• Support material and quality escalations and month-end reporting.
