Job summary

Trane Rental Services, a unit of Trane Technologies, seeks an Equipment Sourcing Coordinator to shape our equipment strategy across key categories. You will lead complex sourcing initiatives, build supplier partnerships, and deliver cost savings to support growth and strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient, compliant procurement processes aligned with company goals. Prior experience in industrial rental equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement and supplier coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple systems and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience with industrial rental equipment, preferably comfort cooling.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate rental equipment to meet business strategy and customer needs.
• Proactively identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify the supply base and reduce single-source risk.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on market trends, supplier capabilities, and overall operational strategy.
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, favorable terms, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate system records, approvals, and tracking.
• Manage requests and related activities across internal business systems.
• Support purchasing processes across teams.
