Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a professional to lead procurement activities and support material projects across NPD, VAVE and production planning. You will coordinate supplier onboarding, manage inventory levels, and drive cost and process improvements on the factory floor, aligning with the BOS and PFEP standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong procurement experience, supplier relationship skills, and familiarity with lean methods.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 10+ years planning/buyer experience in manufacturing.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of supply base and materials processes.
• Skilled in production and supplier scheduling.
• Experience with ERP and MS Office; proficient with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Procure production/inventory/MRO items with cost-consciousness.
• Receive and analyze requisitions for quantity and delivery.
• On-board new suppliers relative to material planning.
• Maintain ABC classification for PFEP inputs and planning.
