Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing supply chain or equivalent/related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, and inventory control within lean Manufacturing.
• Self-starter who seeks out ways to improve processes and solutions proactively.
• Ability to manage time and balance multiple projects in an organized way.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis software, especially advanced formulas and logic.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials for custom sales orders and forecast orders.
• Request quotations on materials and coordinate with Sales, Engineering & Materials Team for lead times.
• Review incoming materials against manufacturing schedules to meet demand plan.
• Coordinate with Planning and Sales on vendor commitments and schedule impact.
• Resolve vendor line stopping issues and ensure quality/delivery standards.
• Create paperwork for USMCA, COO, Reach, RoHs & Prop65 with accuracy.
