Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules; work with stakeholders to execute strategy locally and regionally.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents for goods and services purchases.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals and inform management of changes.
• Manage supplier and contractor certification process and visit supplier locations to review performance.
• Mentor and educate on outsourcing practices and value of applying them.
