Job summary

Azelis Americas is seeking a Procurement Specialist to optimize logistics and manage purchase orders from principals to delivery. You will work with commercial and planning teams to ensure service levels, accuracy and timely invoicing, while maintaining data quality and sustainability goals.

The role requires coordination with planners, forwarders, warehouses and customers, and a strong focus on process improvement and ERP literacy within a global supplier network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain and imports.
• Dutch native, good knowledge of English.
• Excellent organisational skills and autonomy.
• Advanced user of various IT tools & ERP systems.
• Ability to adapt to new & changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with planners, commercial and logistics teams.
• Monitor open orders and backorders daily.
• Ensure compliance with QA, SHE and imports requirements.
