Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage high-volume purchasing of materials, supplies, and services. You will process requisitions, place orders, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with government regulations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience, strong ERP/EDI/PLM skills, and excellent communication abilities in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with DoD procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Strong English reading/writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all activities related to procurement from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Analyzes commodity requirements, specs, suppliers, and timing.
• Issues RFQs, POs and IDWAs in line with regulations.
• Solicits and evaluates proposals from suppliers.
• Negotiates cost vs quality and schedule while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintains records and coordinates cost-effective distribution of commodities.
