Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage the operational and strategic procurement for assigned sites in North America. You will lead RFx activities, negotiate contracts, and drive savings while aligning with global category strategies.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement (category management, sourcing, operations), cross-functional collaboration, and strong English communication. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in procurement role (category management, sourcing, operations) with exposure to supply chain management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams with drive and energy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and tactical procurement of goods and services.
• Lead RFx processes locally with support from category strategies.
• Approve local purchase orders within signature limits.
• Negotiate with suppliers and develop regional contracts.
• Drive cost reduction, savings, and process improvements.
• Develop and mentor Buyers as needed.
