Job summary

LX Pantos America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain and warehouse operations, including processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle customer inquiries and assist with generic office tasks.

The role may include occasional warehouse support and collaboration across internal teams to maintain smooth operations. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in logistics management or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics elements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to strategize and plan.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound orders handling in system (WMS & TMS) and follow-up with final inspections and proper records.
• Arrange pickups with carriers and follow up on delays or issues.
• Route and schedule DTS and oversee any delivery issues.
• Inventory management including cycle counts and accuracy.
• Provide customer service for inquiries and walk-in customers.
• Support warehouse tasks such as packing and banding as needed.
