Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex customer engagements and guide a delivery team toward excellence.

You will influence vendor negotiations, analyze data for savings, and help establish governance frameworks while growing the procurement practice year over year. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional workstreams, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes for SHI and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5-7 years of consulting experience with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Experience in procurement or vendor negotiations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support vendor negotiations aimed at spend reduction and favorable terms.
• Perform detailed data analysis to generate insights for governance and saving opportunities.
• Support leadership and delivery teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and risk management.
• Develop training, tools, and resources to strengthen SHI's value delivery and customer satisfaction.
