Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead high-visibility engagements, guide a growing team, and deliver procurement solutions across complex vendor negotiations, demand management, and cost optimization.

This role partners with executive stakeholders to drive governance, risk management, and continuous process improvement, while traveling up to 15% to client sites and events to ensure successful engagements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events (up to 15%).
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements for procurement services.
• Guide a team focused on excellence, continuous improvement, and governance frameworks.
• Support vendor negotiations, spend reduction, and optimization of terms.
• Develop and deliver sales tools, resources, and training for SHI and clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
