Job summary

ZoomInfo seeks a Principle Procurement Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy across SaaS, IaaS, cloud, and technology services. The role partners with executive leadership to shape negotiation strategy, governance, and supplier relationships to drive cost efficiency and risk reduction.

You will manage complex contracts, due diligence, and performance analytics, mentor procurement teams, and champion data-driven decision making across Finance, Legal, Security, and Technology.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product and services procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, complex negotiations, supplier portfolio decisions, and transformational procurement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of contract governance, supplier relationship management, compliance, risk mitigation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for ZoomInfo activities, including intake, sourcing strategy, due diligence, contract review, approvals, and governance.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies for SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and technology services.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and renewals; amendments and change orders.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, bids, and supplier selections.
• Define deal objectives, strategies, and approval requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive commercial negotiations covering pricing, data protection, security, IP, renewal terms, and risk allocation.
• Lead change-management initiatives to deliver cost savings and operational improvements.
• Benchmark spend and contract structures against industry data; develop total cost of ownership models.
