Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular components. Located in New Brunswick, NJ, the role oversees a substantial spend and drives category strategies, supplier relationships, and NPD support in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in procurement, 5+ years in related supplier management.
• Experience with Electrophysiology components/materials preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier contract management.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies and plans.
• Identify and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
• Monitor procurement spend and drive cost savings.
• Identify NPD suppliers for new product development.
• Collaborate with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, Finance.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
