Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years procurement experience with electrophysiology components/raw materials preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor spend, drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Identify innovative suppliers for new product development (NPD).
• Collaborate with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
