Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience, including 5 years in procurement.
• Experience with Electrophysiology components and raw materials.
• Commodity strategy development for Electrophysiology.
• Proven track record in strategic procurement in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier contracts management.
• Ability to engage with Senior leadership and within J&J.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of building teams and shaping organization structure.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement category plans to meet goals.
• Identify and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing.
• Monitor procurement spend and drive cost savings.
• Support new product development through supplier sourcing.
• Collaborate with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, Finance.
• Perform market analysis on trends and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
