Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, New Product Development Supply Chain Procurement. You will partner with leaders to shape long-term sourcing strategy and improve supply reliability while optimizing material costs for growth products.

You will manage Make vs. Buy assessments, supplier selections, and complex negotiations across multiple categories and geographies, collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Six years of relevant professional experience in Procurement or related fields.
• Experience in Medical Devices or related industry.
• Strong negotiating skills and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Value Stream Leaders to develop long-term sourcing strategy to improve supply reliability and reduce material costs.
• Lead Market Engagement Programs for Make vs. Buy assessments and supplier selections.
• Coordinate supplier negotiations and ensure timely delivery of stabilized products and contracts.
• Lead multiple strategic sourcing initiatives across products and geographies.
• Engage leadership with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.
