Job summary

Rolls-Royce seeks a Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join our global procurement team. This role develops sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and leads negotiations to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements across production components.

The ideal candidate has a track record in strategic sourcing within manufacturing, with cross-functional collaboration and experience supporting new product launches through series production. Relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen with supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and award decisions for production and aftermarket components.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to meet cost, quality, delivery objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing through production launch.
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction through supplier and process optimization.
