Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG seeks a seasoned Lead Casting Buyer to steer strategic procurement of casting commodities. You will manage supplier selection, lead complex contract negotiations, and optimize cost structures while aligning with global sourcing strategies.

The role supports casting components from supplier selection through series production release in a hybrid on-site setup in Aiken, SC or Novi, MI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, materials management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic procurement with casting commodities.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours.
• Master's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage supplier selection for casting commodities, evaluate offers, and make award decisions.
• Lead and document contract negotiations, including framework agreements addressing quality, capacity, cost reimbursements, and logistics.
• Oversee the external procurement process for cast components up to series production release.
• Perform detailed cost analyses and support development efforts with suppliers.
• Identify and implement cost reductions in casting materials and processes.
