Rolls-Royce is seeking a Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join our global procurement team. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading commercial negotiations across production components.

You will drive cost, quality, and delivery performance, support new product launches through series production, and collaborate across functions in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and award decisions for production and aftermarket components.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and supply objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing through production launch.
• Perform cost analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities through supplier and process optimization.
