Qualifications

• Associate degree with 7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• JD/PhD in a related field is acceptable.
• 9+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and provide strategic direction; escalate issues and drive in-contract supplier performance.
• Lead complex negotiations; perform cost analyses and develop business cases to maximize value.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain integrated commodity/category supplier strategies with clear vision and framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Lead and mentor a team of buyers to achieve superior outcomes for the business.
