Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Lead Procurement Manager to be our first in‑house buyer, supporting software, IT, marketing, travel and services. You will own vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee the full lifecycle to secure the right tools at the right price.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, security, and business leaders in a fast‑paced environment, balancing risk, terms, and value while driving enterprise-wide savings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement or vendor management.
• Strong negotiator with experience in SaaS/tech.
• Excellent communicator guiding stakeholders through sourcing decisions.
• Experience across software, marketing, travel, professional services.
• Ability to build procurement processes from the ground up.
• Located in San Francisco and comfortable in-office.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle, negotiations, contracts and renewals.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure best terms and pricing.
• Coordinate security and data privacy reviews with Legal/Security.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Marketing, People/Ops.
• Drive savings by consolidating licenses and optimizing spend.
