Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement across the organization. You will drive strategic sourcing, governance, and ERP-enabled processes to enable real-time budget tracking and spend optimization.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with Finance and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with contract management, distribution, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the business to optimize costs.
• Develop long-term procurement strategies with supplier consolidation and value creation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve procurement challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Implement ERP and e-procurement tools and monitor KPIs.
• Build supplier scorecards and manage supplier relationships.
