Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on Procurement Manager to lead company-wide sourcing and purchasing efforts. You will drive cost optimization, supplier governance, and ERP-enabled spend visibility in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines strategic planning with day-to-day procurement operations, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to enable real-time budget tracking and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• At least 2 years in leadership or strategic procurement role.
• Experience with contract management, distribution, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across the business.
• Develop long-term procurement strategies focused on cost optimization and value creation.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Develop supplier scorecards and conduct performance reviews aligned to KPIs.
• Oversee PO generation through established systems and processes.
• Champion procurement policy adoption and contract management best practices.
• Partner with Finance to strengthen governance and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement needs.
