ZoomInfo is seeking a Procurement Manager II in the United States from Waltham, MA to oversee end-to-end procurement processes for contract labor, including SOW review, approvals, and onboarding. You will coordinate with stakeholders on RFP/RFI/RFP processes and lead negotiations to achieve objectives.

The role emphasizes governance, spend analysis, and strong interpersonal skills to drive cost-effective contracting while aligning with company strategy and compliance requirements.

Formación

• 2-4 years industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing and contract administration.
• 1-3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.
• Global experience preferred.
• Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure that ZoomInfo consistently obtains highly competitive pricing.
• Experience with contract administration, governance and customer relationship management preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end to end Procurement process for ZoomInfo contract labor needs, including intake, statement of work review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.
• Prepare, review, execute and manage the process for approval of contracts, renewals, terminations and change orders in other categories as needed to support Procurement goals and objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and conduct low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies that meet/exceed business objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations as required and in line with business objectives.
• Ensure financial processes are in place for processing of payments, invoices and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relevant financial, operational and service metrics for the Procurement Department that demonstrate the goals and objectives of the department.
• Collect and regularly review relevant vendor contracts ensure vendor compliance with service level objectives.
• Be a Liaison between vendors and the stakeholders for sourcing-related activities.
• Participate in ongoing supplier governance activities. Be a resource to stakeholders for contract management and administration.
• Develop and maintain contractual artifacts and participate in supplier reviews. Review SLA and other operational metrics.
