ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Procurement Manager II to oversee end-to-end procurement for contract labor, review and manage contracts, and help implement company policy on contractual terms.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing and contract administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Procurement process for contract labor needs, including intake, SOW review, approvals, execution and contractor onboarding.
  • Prepare, review, execute and manage contract approvals, renewals, terminations and change orders to support Procurement goals.
  • Plan and conduct low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects, including RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
  • Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies meeting business objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations as required and aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure financial processes are in place for processing payments, invoices and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain metrics for Procurement to demonstrate department goals and objectives.
  • Collect and review vendor contracts for SLA compliance and vendor performance.
  • Serve as liaison between vendors and stakeholders for sourcing activities.
  • Participate in supplier governance and support contract management and administration.

As the Procurement Manager II, you will be responsible for supporting review, classification, storage, and reporting of customer and vendor contracts, which will include helping to implement company policy on contractual terms, implementing strategy in contract management, and assisting with contract compliance investigations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the end to end Procurement process for ZoomInfo contract labor needs, including intake, statement of work review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.
  • Prepare, review, execute and manage the process for approval of contracts, renewals, terminations and change orders in other categories as needed to support Procurement goals and objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and conduct low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects, including Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quotes (RFP).
  • Define deal objectives, identify sourcing solutions, and implement negotiation strategies that meet/exceed business objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations as required and in line with business objectives
  • Ensure financial processes are in place for processing of payments, invoices and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relevant financial, operational and service metrics for the Procurement Department that demonstrate the goals and objectives of the department.
  • Collect and regularly review relevant vendor contracts ensure vendor compliance with service level objectives.
  • Be a Liaison between vendors and the stakeholders for sourcing-related activities.
  • Participate in ongoing supplier governance activities. Be a resource to stakeholders for contract management and administration.
  • Develop and maintain contractual artifacts and participate in supplier reviews. Review SLA and other operational metrics.
What You Bring:
  • BA/BS degree. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.
  • 2-4 years industry experience in product and services procurement, sourcing and contract administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.
  • Global experience preferred
  • Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure that ZoomInfo consistently obtains highly competitive pricing.
  • Collect and analyze financial market, business, or technical information to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations impacting the sourcing event.
  • Ability to facilitate/conduct group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques.
  • Experience with contract administration, governance and customer relationship management preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors at all levels.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
