Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract management across capital projects and manufacturing operations. The role requires guiding procurement governance, risk management, and supplier quality to meet project timelines and budgets.

You will oversee procurement for EPC/EPCM and owner-delivered scopes, pushing continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery. Strong leadership and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing procurement organizations or large teams.
• Proven track record leading procurement for major capital projects over $500M TIC.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with global suppliers in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of procurement strategies for manufacturing facilities and capital programs.
• Direct procurement activities for EPC/EPCM and owner-delivered project models.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration with strategic suppliers.
• Partner with Quality and Supplier Quality to ensure compliance and supplier performance.
• Oversee risk management, cost optimization, and lifecycle procurement for projects.
• Provide leadership to procurement managers and sourcing specialists.
