Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks an experienced Procurement Package Manager to provide strategic leadership for all procurement and supply chain activities on a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will work with Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Project Controls to drive procurement from design through startup and readiness.

The role requires establishing procurement plans, negotiating EPC/EPCM contracts, and managing supplier performance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or capital project procurement.
• Minimum 7 years leading procurement organizations or major project procurement functions.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities for capital project execution.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Establish procurement execution plans, governance, and reporting frameworks for project delivery.
• Lead sourcing, contracting, purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, expediting, inspection, and materials management.
