Job summary

Blue Energy is seeking a Procurement Lead to oversee procurement and supply chain activity across Owner and Contractor workstreams on its capital programme. You will manage the full PO lifecycle, change orders, MSAs, NDAs, and amendments while ensuring compliance, documentation, and commercial controls.

You will coordinate bid packages, supplier onboarding, and pre-qualification, and support P2P activities with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or supply chain support.
• Hands-on experience administering purchase orders, change orders, and agreements from issuance through close-out.
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, approvals, receipting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Baseline familiarity with commercial terms and conditions (delivery, payment, warranty, insurance).
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort in ERP/CLM systems.
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Owner and Contractor procurement through full PO lifecycle: create, issue, revise, close out POs and MSAs.
• Oversee change orders and contract amendments, ensuring pricing and approvals.
• Draft, issue, and administer MSAs, service contracts, NDAs and amendments with Contracts/Legal.
• Maintain data in CLM and ERP systems for accuracy and currency.
• Coordinate bid packages, RFQs, bidder responses, and bid tabulations.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Support P2P: review requisitions, verify pricing, expedite approvals.
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, and PO balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor deliveries, milestones, progress payments, and escalations.
• Ensure procurement complies with laws, ethics, and company policies.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement records and routine reporting.
