Job summary

You will drive workshops, guide engagements, and develop AI-driven procurement solutions to enhance decision-making and efficiency for diverse clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management, with at least 2 years in procurement consulting.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Category experience in indirect or direct category management.
• Experience shaping solutions that drive total cost reduction or capability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess opportunities for strategic procurement improvement and deliver measurable value.
• Lead workshops to gather information, assess current state, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop work plans and manage engagement execution across teams.
• Own deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Design and implement AI-driven procurement solutions to optimize decision-making.
