Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to advise clients and lead day-to-day procurement within the PaaS team. You will partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal leadership to execute sourcing strategies and negotiate SOWs.

As primary procurement contact for clients, you will analyze proposals, drive adoption of P2P/VMS tools, ensure compliance, and report savings and risk. This role requires strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management, with experience in RFx and

• 5–8 years in procurement/sourcing, with 3–5 years in IT/professional services SOWs
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as primary procurement contact for clients
• Lead sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiations, SOWs)

Job Description

The Procurement Manager is a client-facing advisor responsible for leading day-to-day procurement. This role partners with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal leadership to execute sourcing strategies, negotiate SOWs, ensure compliance, and drive measurable cost, risk, and value outcomes. Part of the PaaS team, reporting to the Practice Director.
