Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to provide leadership across procurement operations and serve as a deputy to the Head of Procurement. You will lead strategic sourcing, technology procurement, supplier management, Source-to-Pay operations, procurement transformation, analytics, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives across spend categories (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Negotiating complex supplier agreements to optimize pricing, terms and total cost.
• Experience with technology procurement including software, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
• Procurement transformation, process improvement, automation, and change management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills including spend analysis and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Procurement and leaders to translate priorities into sourcing and financial plans.
• Provide direction for Procurement operations and oversee Source-to-Pay processes and policies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier evaluations with benchmarking.
• Deliver sourcing recommendations and lead complex negotiations for strategic supplier agreements.
• Provide leadership for technology procurement including enterprise software and cloud services.
• Lead procurement transformation through process optimization and automation.
• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, dashboards, and governance.
• Manage sourcing, renewal, and savings pipelines with analytics on spend and supplier performance.
• Oversee procurement operations, ensure policy compliance, and educate stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Procurement team with clear priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
